The oil and gas industry’s demand for high-quality fireproof beacons is rising, but the current manual coating process is inefficient, prone to errors, and inconsistent in quality control. This project aims to develop an automated spraying system for 15 types of beacons, featuring machine vision for accurate inspection. The system will be compact, integrated into existing production lines, and designed to complete the spraying and inspection process in under 20 seconds. A user-friendly interface will generate real-time data and reports for effective quality control, addressing both safety and performance issues.
