This research advances our understanding of polar region dynamics, explicitly examining the atmospheric interplay between Antarctica and the Strait of Malacca. By analysing a decade of data (2010-2020) and using numerical model simulations, the study aims to uncover how atmospheric changes in Antarctica influence Malaysia’s monsoon patterns. This project emphasises the importance of Antarctic weather patterns in shaping global climate and seeks practical applications for sustainability and climate resilience in Malaysia, aligning with national environmental policies. Secure data management will support research integrity, fostering collaborative analysis of Antarctic-tropical climate connections for informed decision-making.
