IntelliPrint is a cloud-based enterprise system designed to digitalise Kaxprint, a traditional Malaysian printing service provider. Backed by an RM43,840 fund, the initiative aims to replace manual processes such as paper invoicing and fragmented communication that hinder operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. IntelliPrint features four core modules: Order Fulfilment, Product/Inventory Management, CRM, and HRM with business analytics support. By automating workflows from online quotations to real-time performance reporting, the system will enhance service delivery, improve coordination, and enable data-driven decisions. The project also fosters talent development through research assistants, serving as a digital transformation benchmark for local printing SMEs.
