HEBAHAN : EXTERNAL GRANT OPPORTUNITY : CALL FOR APPLICATION LORÉAL UNESCO FOR WOMEN IN SCIENCE 2025

We are pleased to share that the 19th Edition of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science (FWIS) Young Talent Program Malaysia is now open for applications. This initiative is a collaboration between the L’Oréal Foundation and the Malaysia National Commission for UNESCO, dedicated to empowering women scientists.

Since its inception in 2006, the program has awarded over RM1.5 million to support and celebrate outstanding Malaysian women in science.

• 🗓️ Application Period: 28 April – 30 June 2025
• 💰 Award: RM30,000 each to 3 outstanding women scientists

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Malaysian citizen with NRIC
• Doctoral student or PhD holder
• Conducting research in Malaysia
• Born on/after 1 January 1985
• Includes a reference letter from Institution
• Fields: Life & Environmental Sciences, Materials Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering & Tech

• Leadership in advocating for Women in Science
• Academic and research achievements
