FAScinate is back for its first series of 2023 with the theme of Precision Biodiversity. As the 12th most mega-biodiverse country on earth, Malaysia has global responsibility for conservation and biodiversity management. By adopting Precision Biodiversity, the country will show the world how next-generation technologies can more effectively help to conserve, monitor, and manage our valuable biological resources alongside a bio revolution and protect the planet.

FAScinate brings ASM Fellows and experts to talk about the marvel of science and its crucial role in our daily lives. With the tagline of “Open Minds, Spark Ideas”, each FAScinate series presents four speakers to inspire the young and public. Apart from acting as ‘Role Models’, these speakers will also share their achievements and personal journey of acquiring knowledge.
